Polls are open from 7 a.m to 8 p.m to cast your vote. If lines are long, anyone standing in line before 8 p.m. will be allowed to cast a ballot. You must visit your designated polling location to cast your ballot. There are three polling locations that West Ward residents are assigned to, visit votespa.com to find out where you should vote:

  • Easton Area Community Center, 901 Washington St.
  • First Moravian Church, 227 N. 10th St.
  • Paxinosa Elementary School, 1221 Northampton St.

Please note, the polling location formerly located at Temple Covenant of Peace at 15th & Northampton Streets has moved; visit votespa.com to find your new polling location.

If you are a first-time voter, whether at a new polling location or a new voter altogether, you must show proof of identification. A full list of accepted IDs can be found under the Register to Vote drop-down menu at votespa.com.

If you decide you’d rather vote in person on election day but have signed up for a mail-in or absentee ballot, simply bring your ballot and the return envelope to your polling location for the Judge of Elections to spoil and you’ll be able to vote on the voting machines. If you do not have your ballot and the envelope you may only vote a provisional ballot.

More information about voting, including Q&As, finding your polling place and checking your registration, can all be found online at votespa.com.
