DESCRIPTION:Calling all gardeners: seasoned or new to the scene  Our annual Seed Swap will be held on Sunday\, Feb. 25th from 10:00 am to noon with Easton Urban Farm at Easton Public Market  Join us to leaf through thousands of free mini seed packets ~ many varieties of veggies\, flowers\, & herbs to choose from. Activity tables from partnering organizations like Easton Urban Farm\, Buy Fresh Buy Local and Easton Farmers’ Market\, a seed starting demo and freebies will be here too.\n\nOver the past year\, many Easton gardeners have contributed to the Seed Library from their own gardens. It’s frickin’ cool to have a collective resource sharing community based around growing your own food. Those seeds will be featured at the Seed Swap too. If you have seed packets (even half used or less) or your own seeds saved from your gardens\, bring them along to swap.

DESCRIPTION:Join Earthen Goat and Easton Garden Works for an evening swappin’ and proppin’ houseplants (not a word yet… but it’ll happen). Our potting station and info tables will teach you how to propagate favorites like pothos\, string of pearls\, and more. Head home with a new plant\, or share the love: bring your plant babies if they’re ready to be propagated and let a new friend take one home. Swap or grab some from our table for yourself!\n\nThis event aims to be sustainable & waste-conscious: recycled plant pots\, glass jars\, hot herbal tea (to sneak a sip under your mask)\, and low-waste\, high-quality activities. Plus\, check out the locally-made pottery of Earthen Goat – a lovely new home for your next plant.\n\n\nPop in from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at Easton Public Market. DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the virtual version of our annual ‘Seed Swap’ event. Rather than our usual potluck gathering to trade seed packets\, we’re giving away 100 mini packs in a safe\, socially-distanced setting. Fill out this online form with your contact info\, and select which free sample size packs you’d like (and a pick-up time!). Each mini seed packet has around 5 to 10 seeds – perfect for testing out varieties in a home garden\, plus you’ll receive growing instructions too. Happy planting! \nFAQs: \nWhen is this virtual event happening? You can sign up online anytime between February 11th and March 7th – or until supplies last. Pick-up dates will be held at the Easton Public Market (325 Northampton Street\, Easton PA 18042) on March 3rd\, 4th\, 5th\, and 7th. Select which pickup date and time you’ll arrive and whether you’ll meet us inside at our info table\, or if you’d like a contactless curbside pickup. \nWho can sign up for free seeds? People new to gardening or long-time growers alike! All are welcome. We hope that City of Easton residents take advantage of our Seed Swap\, but welcome anyone in the Lehigh Valley who wants to grow their own plants.
