Get a free LED bulb and light sensor that automatically turns your light on and off when the daylight changes. \nWHO IS IT OPEN TO?\nAll residents of the West Ward neighborhood in Easton. That neighborhood is from 6th Street to 15th Street\, and Elm Street to the Bushkill Creek.
