We had a BIG day planned with lots of beautification jobs ready to be done around the neighborhood\, but COVID-19 has put a damper on that. But\, that doesn’t mean we can’t take the day to clean up around our homes! So\, join the neighborhood (while practicing good social distancing) on Saturday\, April 25th\, 2020\, anytime throughout the day\, for a West Ward Clean-Up Day. \nIt’s simple! You can… \n\nSpruce up the area in front of your house(s)\nWeed and mulch tree wells\nSweep along the curb lines\nPick-up trash\nClear storm water drain grates\nPlant your window boxes or front porch planters\nSweep off your front porch\nWipe down your front door & trim\nClean your windows\nHose down siding and shutters\nClean-up back alleys\n\nShare your photos with us – we’d love to see how you made an impact on your neighborhood! \n**Unfortunately we are unable to provide clean-up supplies likes gloves and trash bags. Due to the City’s stretched resources we are unable to provide block-specific trash pick-ups at this time.

SUMMARY:All Gardens Spring Start-up
DESCRIPTION:Join community gardeners\, volunteers\, and Lafayette College students in prepping plots for the growing season! We will need all hands on deck to mulch pathways\, add compost and soil to raised beds\, and much more at our 6 gardens. The sign-up link is available HERE\, or you can email Miranda@eastonpartnership.org. Hours for the two gardening sessions will match the “Lafapalooza” (Lafayette College’s day of service) time slots: session 1 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm and session 2 from 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. \n*Please note: April 25th will also be the City-wide Clean Up Day to spruce up parks and streets throughout Easton. More information will be made available coming up to the event! \n
