2023 MARKET SEASON

Delicious foods for a diverse neighborhood!

Now accepting applications for full-season and guest vendors for the 2023 Market Season.
Dates of operation: Wednesdays, May 3 – September 27, 3 – 7 p.m.
Location: N. 12th Street, between Paxinosa Elementary and Cottingham Stadium, Easton, PA.
Deadline to submit is Monday, April 3rd

*Community tent applications and guest vendor applications will be taken on a rolling basis.

Step-by-Step Vendor Application Process:

1.)    Review WWM By-Laws March 2022 (español: Reglamentos del WWM Mar 2022)

2.)    Complete West Ward Market Vendor Application
All applicants applying under the category of ‘Agriculture’ must also submit the Online Growers Chart

3.)    Submit Application to Easton Market District Advisory Council for review

4.)     New Vendor applicants must provide product samples and examples of labeling (can be uploaded on the online application)

5.)    If application is approved:

a.) Submit WWM vendor license fee payable to: GEDP.
2023 Fees: Farmers & Prepared Food ($300); Guest Restaurants ($50/day); Guest Vendors ($30/day)

b.) Food Vendors must submit a City of Easton Farmers’ Market Health Permit Application and $150 payment made via the permit portal
(Guest Restaurants must submit a City of Easton Temporary Food Service Establishment Permit Application and a $40 payment made via the permit portal)

c.) All non-City of Easton business applicants must submit a City of Easton Business License Application and $25 payment made via the application portal

d.) All applicants must provide proof of insurance (minimum $1,000,000 for food vendors/$300,000 all others) and Certificates of Insurance listing the following as additionally insured:

    • Greater Easton Development Partnership, 325 Northampton Street, Easton, PA 18042, and
    • City of Easton, 123 S. Third Street, Easton, PA 18042, and
    • Easton Area School District, 1801 Bushkill Drive, Easton, PA 18040

6.)    All agriculture applicants must undergo a thorough farm inspection prior to receiving final approval.

Other: All full-season vendors are responsible for providing their own 10X10 EZ-Up canopy with weights, tables, and a professionally-made banner or sign. Tent with weights and a table can be provided for weekly guest vendors, if needed. Ready-to-eat vendors: please reach out if you need additional assistance with food handling items.

Community Tent Application Process:

Available to local non-profits, area programs, and clubs or organizations. One tent space available per week; acceptance based on weekly availability. First come, first served. 

1.) Community tents must provide some type of activity or thoughtful interaction to be considered.

2.) Community tents are not permitted to sell any items.

3.) There is no charge to participate in our community tent program.

4.) All community tents will be provided with a 10X10 EZ-Up canopy with weights, one chair, and one table (if needed).
